	Many of the cam profiles we provide either benefit from or in some cases require a piston which gives deeper valve pockets and yet also raises the compression ratio. We offer a range of suitable forged pistons. Flat top There is no dish in this piston, as you may have guessed from the name. Enables a compression ratio of 11.0:1 but has race size valve pockets. Race A high intruder competition piston. Has large valve pockets and gives a compression ratio of 11.6:1. A single piston complete with rings and pin weighs 435 grams - 25 grams less than the standard Mahle piston. Slipper A lightweight, high compression, race piston. Weighs just 330 grams but requires the use of longer, small pin, lightweight rods.
