This is our first stage motorsport kit and because it delivers good mid range torque as well as good peak power figures it makes for a very versatile engine.

Q420 – 215 to 220BHP
A pair of exchange, Q420 profile camshafts
(not suitable for the standard hydraulic followers)
A set of solid cam follower inserts and shims
A pair of vernier cam pulleys
(for more accurate cam timing)
A set of forged pistons
(with the deeper valve pockets required for this cam profile)
A set of race quality rod bolts
(for a higher rev limit)

Each kit comes with an engine management package from DTAfast including a distributorless ignition system. Each kit also includes either a set of Weber 45 DCOE carbs or a set of our direct to head throttle bodies.
